At Palmer's, we want you to love your skincare routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new or gently used products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
